The invention provides an automatic detection system and method for a vertical shaft hoisting cage guide rope. The automatic detection system comprises a centralized control module, a hoisting module and at least one detection module, and the centralized control module is wirelessly connected with the detection module; the lifting module comprises a lifting mechanism and at least one movable cage which are in transmission connection, the lifting mechanism drives the movable cage to slide along the cage guide rope, the movable cage is provided with a cage shoe, a guide sliding sleeve is arranged in the cage shoe, and the periphery of the cage guide rope is sleeved with the guide sliding sleeve; the detection module comprises a sliding sleeve, a telescopic cantilever and a box body, the box body is fixed to the movable cage, a rope diameter detection mechanism is arranged in the sliding sleeve and used for detecting the rope diameter of the cage guide rope, and an abrasion detection mechanism is arranged on the telescopic cantilever and used for detecting the abrasion loss of the guide sliding sleeve. According to the invention, the automatic rope diameter detection of the cage guide rope and the wear detection of the guide sliding sleeve are realized, the safety of work in a vertical shaft is improved, and the detection efficiency and precision of the cage guide rope are improved.

    本发明提供了一种立井提升罐道绳的自动检测系统及方法,所述的自动检测系统包括集控模块、提升模块与至少一个检测模块,集控模块无线连接检测模块;提升模块包括传动连接的提升机构与至少一个移动罐笼,提升机构带动移动罐笼沿罐道绳滑动,移动罐笼设置有罐耳,罐耳内设置有导向滑套,导向滑套套设在罐道绳的外周;检测模块包括滑动套筒、伸缩悬臂与箱体,箱体固定于移动罐笼上,滑动套筒内设置有绳径检测机构,用于对罐道绳进行绳径检测,伸缩悬臂上设置有磨损检测机构,用于对导向滑套进行磨损量检测。本发明实现了罐道绳的自动绳径的检测,以及导向滑套的磨损检测,提高了立井内工作的安全性,提升罐道绳检测效率和精度。
