The invention provides a wing manufacturing method of a VTOL unmanned aerial vehicle, and relates to the technical field of unmanned aerial vehicles. The method comprises the following steps of cutting and forming, wherein PMI foam is selected and cut into a preset wing shape through CNC machining; the appearance of the wing is subjected to CNC grooving, and a metal piece for a steering engine is pre-buried; repairing treatment: repairing the shape of the wing, and filling the surface of the grooved thin layer; and strengthening treatment: wrapping prepreg carbon cloth, curing by adopting a high-temperature mold pressing mode, demolding after cooling, and strengthening and repairing the edge of the wing appearance. According to the wing manufacturing method of the VTOL unmanned aerial vehicle, PMI foam and prepreg carbon cloth can be adopted for processing treatment, the carbon cloth and PMI are well fused, the curing time is short, compared with an extruded sheet curing process, the curing time is greatly shortened, the strength is higher than that of PVC and an extruded sheet, collapse deformation is avoided through forceful pressing, and deformation is avoided through strenuous vibration.

    本发明提出了一种VTOL无人机的机翼制作方法,涉及无人机技术领域。该方法包括以下步骤:切割成型:选取PMI泡沫,并通过CNC加工切割成预设机翼外形;预埋加工:对机翼外形采用CNC挖槽,预埋舵机用金属件;修补处理:对机翼外形进行修补,对挖槽后的薄层表面进行填充处理;强化处理:包裹预浸料碳布,采用高温模压方式进行固化,待冷却后脱模,并对机翼外形的边缘处进行强化修补。该VTOL无人机的机翼制作方法能够通过采用PMI泡沫和预浸料碳布进行加工处理,碳布和PMI融合良好,固化时间短,较挤塑板固化工艺大幅缩减,强度高于PVC和挤塑板,用力按压无塌陷变形,经过剧烈震动无变形。
