The invention provides an electric vehicle low-temperature driving range test regulation development method. The method comprises the following steps: data acquisition and processing; determining a test temperature; determining a test condition TTC; determining a test method; calculating a test result weighting factor; and according to the typical working condition of the test working condition TTC, the test temperature, the test method and the test result weighting, a typical vehicle use scene low-temperature test procedure is formed. The method has the beneficial effects that the low-temperature test regulation conforming to the electric vehicle use scene is established through the method, the scene applicability is expanded, the test result deviation is small, and meanwhile, the low-temperature driving mileage degradation amplitude of vehicle types with various purposes is quantified. The method is of great significance in relieving mileage anxiety of consumers, reducing research and development test cost of enterprises and providing favorable means for government department supervision.

    本发明提供了一种电动汽车低温续驶里程测试规程开发方法,包括以下步骤:数据采集与处理;确定测试温度;确定测试工况TTC;确定测试方法;计算试验结果加权因子;依据测试工况TTC的典型工况、测试温度、测试方法、试验结果加权构成典型用车场景低温测试规程。本发明有益效果:通过该方法建立符合电动汽车用车场景的低温测试规程,其场景适用性扩大、测试结果偏差小,同时通过量化各种用途车型低温续驶里程劣化幅度,对于缓解消费者里程焦虑、降低企业研发测试成本、为政府部门监管提供有利手段具有重要意义。
