The invention discloses a curve self-adaptive water jet steel rail grinding system and an operation method thereof. The system comprises a vehicle body, a control unit, a buffer assembly, a wheel assembly, a curve self-adaptive adjusting assembly, a spray head adjusting unit and a steel rail detection unit. The wheel assembly is connected with the bottom of the vehicle body through the buffer assembly to drive the vehicle body to advance. The curve self-adaptive adjusting unit comprises a sliding cross beam arranged in the vehicle body in a sliding mode, stand columns symmetrically arranged at the two ends of the sliding cross beam and side wheels arranged at the bottoms of the stand columns, the side edges of the side wheels are attached to the outer side rail waist, and the tops of the side wheels abut against the rail head lower jaw. The cross beam is driven to transversely slide in the vehicle body, the length of the cross beam is adjusted through the telescopic rod so as to adapt to the change of a curve, the vehicle body is limited by abutting against a rail head lower jaw, it is guaranteed that the vehicle body is parallel to the bottom end face of a steel rail, a positioning datum plane is kept unchanged, and the water jet polishing precision is improved while the technical difficulty and the production cost are reduced.

    本发明公开了一种弯道自适应的水射流钢轨打磨系统及其作业方法,该系统包括车体、控制单元、缓冲组件、车轮组件、弯道自适应调节组件、喷头调节单元及钢轨检测单元。车轮组件通过缓冲组件与车体底部连接,带动车体行进。弯道自适应调节单元包括滑动设于车体内的滑动横梁,对称设于滑动横梁两端的立柱,设于立柱底部的侧轮,侧轮侧边与外侧轨腰贴合,顶部与轨头下颚抵触,在过弯道时侧轮通过弯道处钢轨侧面挤压力发生的变化,带动横梁在车体内横向滑动并通过伸缩杆调整自身长度,以适应弯道的变化,通过与轨头下颚抵触进行限位,保证了车体与钢轨底部端面平行,使定位基准面保持不变,在降低了技术难度和生产成本的同时,提高了水射流打磨的精度。
