The cam mechanism is used for connecting the hand braking mechanism and the travel switch and controlling the travel switch to be turned on and turned off, meanwhile, it is guaranteed that the compression amount of a rotating arm of the travel switch is not too large, the service life of the travel switch is guaranteed, the space of a vehicle body is fully utilized for structural layout, and the interference problem is solved. On the premise that the service life of the travel switch is guaranteed, a cam structure is used for connecting the hand braking mechanism and the travel switch, so that the mechanical action of hand braking is converted into an air pressure signal, and the air pressure signal is input into a braking indicator.

    本发明涉及一种手制动行程开关的安装结构及控制方法,包括梯形螺纹丝杆、闸线拉杆头、杠杆、凸轮以及行程开关,所述梯形螺纹丝杆一端设有锥齿轮,所述锥齿轮上设有滑块,所述滑块一侧设有限位栓一,所述杠杆一端套设在限位栓一上,所述闸线拉杆头一侧设有限位栓二,采用一种凸轮机构来连接手制动机构和行程开关,并控制行程开关的开启与关闭,同时保证行程开关的转臂压缩量不会过大,保证行程开关的使用寿命,充分利用车体空间进行结构布局,解决干涉问题,在保证了行程开关的使用寿命的前提下,利用一种凸轮结构连接手制动机构和行程开关,从而使手制动的机械动作转化为空气压力信号,输入至制动指示器。
