The invention relates to a transmission device (1) for a hybrid drive train (2) of a motor vehicle, comprising a first shaft (13) which is or can be connected to an internal combustion engine (3) and two countershafts (5, 6) and an electric machine (20), said transmission device (1) having three switching planes (7-9) which are arranged one behind the other in the axial direction, the electric machine (20) is arranged in a third switching plane (9) in connection with a planetary gear (19).
