The invention provides a variable-diameter paddle structure which comprises a propeller hub and a composite paddle installed on the propeller hub, the composite paddle is connected with the propeller hub through an electric variable-diameter push rod and a torque tube, the outer end of the composite paddle is completely closed, a cavity is formed in the composite paddle, and a connector is embedded in the cavity; the torque tube is of a hollow structure, one end of the torque tube is fixedly connected with the propeller hub, and the outer edge of the torque tube and an inner cavity of the composite propeller blade form a matching face. One end of the electric variable-diameter push rod is inserted into the torque tube, the other end of the electric variable-diameter push rod is inserted into an inner cavity of the composite paddle to be fixedly connected with the connector, and the electric device controls the electric variable-diameter push rod to slide in the torque tube, so that the diameter of the paddle is changed. According to the tilting rotorcraft, the requirement for different propeller disc loads of the tilting rotorcraft in the hovering state and the cruising state can be met, and therefore the aerodynamic efficiency is improved.

    本发明提供了一种变直径桨叶结构,包括桨毂以及安装在桨毂上的复合材料桨叶,所述复合材料桨叶通过电动变直径推杆和扭矩管与桨毂连接,复合材料桨叶外端完全封闭,内部开有腔体,腔体内预埋有连接头;所述扭矩管为空心结构,一端与桨毂固定连接,扭矩管外缘与复合材料桨叶内腔体形成配合面;所述电动变直径推杆一端插入扭矩管内部,另一端插入复合材料桨叶内部腔体中与连接头固定连接,电力装置控制电动变直径推杆在扭矩管内部滑动,从而改变桨叶直径。本发明可以实现倾转旋翼机在悬停和巡航状态下桨盘载荷不同的要求,从而提高气动效率。
