The invention discloses a backflow dynamic regulation and control method based on electrochemical erosion monitoring of a train bogie, and the method specifically comprises the steps: installing current and voltage monitoring equipment at key positions, such as a horizontal shaft of the bogie and shells of electrical and transmission equipment carried by the horizontal shaft, and connecting the current and voltage monitoring equipment with a main control platform through a signal line; after receiving the signals from the sensors, the master control platform processes and analyzes the signals, compares and matches the signals with simulation results of a pre-built digital twin model at a high speed to obtain an optimal grounding layout and impedance matching scheme, and transmits the optimal grounding layout and impedance matching scheme to the grounding point switching and grounding impedance adjusting system through a signal line. The system performs corresponding operation after receiving the signal. According to the invention, the backflow condition of the bogie can be effectively observed, the traction current flowing through the bogie due to steel rail backflow is reduced, the current and voltage flowing through a motor shell and a bearing on the specific bogie are reduced, the overall service life of the bogie is prolonged, and the stability and reliability of train operation are ensured.

    本发明公开了一种基于列车转向架电化学侵蚀监测的回流动态调控方法,具体的:在转向架横轴以及其搭载的电气、传动设备外壳等关键位置装设电流、电压监测设备,并与主控平台通过信号线相连;主控平台在接收了来自各处传感器的信号后,会对信号进行处理与分析,并与预先搭建的数字孪生模型的仿真结果进行高速比较配对,获取最佳的接地布局及阻抗匹配方案,再通过信号线传输给接地点切换与接地阻抗调节系统,该系统在收到信号后进行对应操作。本发明能有效观察转向架的回流情况,降低了因钢轨回流而流过转向架的牵引电流,降低了流过特定转向架上的电机外壳与轴承的电流、电压,延长了转向架整体使用寿命,保证了列车运行的稳定性与可靠性。
