The invention relates to the technical field of breast board carriage structures, in particular to a modularized, low-carbon and light breast board carriage structure, which is characterized in that six bases are arranged at the bottom end of a bottom plate assembly and are respectively a left front upright post base, a right front upright post base, two middle upright post bases, a left rear upright post base and a right rear upright post base; the bottom plate assembly, the front wall assembly, the rear stand column assembly and the middle stand column assembly are connected and fixed through the six bases, a modularized and low-carbon manufacturing and assembling technology is adopted for the breast board compartment, various problems in part manufacturing and whole compartment assembling of a traditional breast board compartment are effectively solved, standardization of part manufacturing and flexibility of final assembly production are achieved, and the manufacturing cost of the breast board compartment is reduced. Through the application of the screwing and riveting processes, the welding process is reduced as much as possible, the passing ability of the coating process is improved, the logistics cost is reduced, the carbon emission is reduced, and the core competitiveness of the product is improved.

    本发明涉及栏板车厢结构技术领域,尤其涉及一种模块化、低碳化、轻量化的栏板车厢结构,底板总成底端设置有六个基座,六个基座分别是左前立柱基座和右前立柱基座、两个中立柱基座、左后立柱基座和右后立柱基座,且六个基座将底板总成、前围总成、后立柱总成和中立柱总成连接固定,本栏板车厢采用模块化、低碳化的制造和装配工艺,有效的解决了传统栏板车厢零件制造、整厢装配中的各种问题,实现了零件制造的标准化,总装生产的柔性化,通过螺接和铆接工艺的运用,尽最大可能减少了焊接工艺,提升了涂装工艺的通过性,降低了物流成本,减少了碳排放,提升了产品核心竞争力。
