A transmission mount for a vehicle is presented in which the structure of an upper insert and a lower insert integrally formed with a single bridge in an assembly of the transmission mount is improved to reduce static stiffness in the left-right direction (i.e., Y-direction) of the transmission mount. The front-back direction (i.e., X direction) strength and the up-down direction (i.e., Z direction) static rigidity of the transmission suspension are enhanced, so that the pitching motion and the vertical bounce behavior of the transmission can be effectively controlled. Accordingly, roar caused by roll motion of the transmission is minimized, thereby improving NVH performance and satisfying drivability.
