The invention relates to the technical field of aerial photography measurement. The high-precision laser measuring device comprises a carrying platform used for being connected with a carrier and a measuring tool body arranged on the carrying platform. The carrying platform is sequentially provided with a carrier connecting frame, a deflection angle adjusting frame and a measuring tool fixing frame from top to bottom. The carrier connecting frame is connected with the deflection angle adjusting frame through the direction adjusting mechanism. The deflection angle adjusting frame comprises an upper layer plate and a lower layer plate, and the upper layer plate and the lower layer plate are connected through three electric control telescopic supporting columns. The upper ends and the lower ends of the electric control telescopic supporting columns are in spherical hinge fit with the upper layer plate and the lower layer plate correspondingly, and the three electric control telescopic supporting columns form a triangular pyramid table type layout. In the flying process of the carrier, when the deflection angle is large or unstable, the deflection angle adjusting frame can rapidly compensate the deflection angle of the measuring tool installed at the bottom of the deflection angle adjusting frame, so that the measuring tool is maintained at a stable standard measuring angle, and fluctuation of measuring precision is avoided.

    本发明涉及航拍测量技术领域。目的在于提供一种高精度激光测量装置,包括用于与载具连接的搭载平台,以及设置在搭载平台上的测具主体;所述搭载平台由上至下依次设置有载具连接架、偏角调节架和测具固定架;所述载具连接架通过方位调节机构与偏角调节架连接;所述偏角调节架包括上层板和下层板,所述上层板与下层板之间通过三根电控伸缩支柱连接;所述电控伸缩支柱的上下两端分别与上层板和下层板构成球铰配合,且三根电控伸缩支柱形成三棱锥台式布局。本发明在载具飞行过程中,偏角较大或不稳定时,偏角调节架能够快速的实现对安装在其底部的测具的偏角进行补偿,使测具维持在稳定的标准测量角度,避免测量精度的波动。
