The invention discloses an intersection guide line generation method and system based on track spatiotemporal characteristics, and the method comprises the steps: building a conditional variation self-coding model, employing a track spatiotemporal characteristic coding sub-model to code a historical track, and obtaining corresponding historical track spatiotemporal characteristic vectors; fusing the spatio-temporal feature vectors of the plurality of historical tracks through a lane feature representation sub-model to generate a lane representation vector; sampling a vector of a specified dimension from standard normal distribution, and combining the vector of the specified dimension with a lane representation vector through a track spatial-temporal feature coding sub-model; a plurality of track point coordinates are circularly output through the track spatial-temporal feature coding sub-model, the track point coordinates output by the connecting layer serve as input, and guide line track point coordinates are predicted and generated; a data-driven track generation model of a building end is used to make the generated guide line track accord with the actual road traffic condition.
