The invention discloses a tower crane walking mechanism control system and method.The tower crane walking mechanism control system comprises a tower crane precise stop algorithm controller, and a reference value of a current tower crane stop error is obtained according to an error between an actual stop position and an expected stop position of a last tower crane and a predicted value of the current tower crane stop error; determining a brake control strategy according to the reference value; according to the current speed of the tower crane and the braking distance of the tower crane when the tower crane is braked, the operation acceleration is calculated in combination with the braking control strategy; the braking system performs braking response according to the calculated operation acceleration; the speed sensor is used for measuring the current speed of the tower crane when the tower crane is braked; the distance sensor is used for measuring the braking distance of the tower crane when braking is adopted and measuring the actual error when the tower crane stops; and the tower crane stop error data acquisition system is used for acquiring the stop error data of the tower crane and feeding back the data to the tower crane precise stop algorithm controller for subsequently predicting the stop error of the tower crane.

    本发明公开了一种塔吊行走机构控制系统和方法,包括塔吊精准停止算法控制器,根据上一次塔吊的实际停止位置与期望停止位置的误差以及本次塔吊停止误差的预测值,得到本次塔吊停止误差的参考值;根据上述参考值确定制动控制策略;根据塔吊采取制动时,塔吊的当前速度和塔吊的制动距离,并结合上述制动控制策略计算操作加速度;制动系统,根据上述计算操作加速度,制动系统进行制动响应;速度传感器,用于测定塔吊采取制动时,塔吊的当前速度;距离传感器,用于测定采取制动时,塔吊的制动距离以及测定本次塔吊停止时的实际误差;塔吊停止误差数据采集系统,用于采集塔吊停止的误差数据,并将该数据反馈到塔吊精准停止算法控制器,用于后续预测塔吊的停止误差。
