The invention discloses a construction hoist band-type brake control system, and belongs to the technical field of intelligent control, the construction hoist band-type brake control system comprises a 380V power supply, an LLC resonant converter, a band-type brake control circuit, an LLC control circuit and an MCU control circuit, the LLC resonant converter comprises an EMC circuit, a pre-stage rectification filter circuit, an LLC resonant circuit and a full-bridge rectification filter circuit, a main topology scheme adopted by the invention is a scheme of an LLC resonant converter, double-channel IGBT control and output voltage and current detection, the LLC converts an alternating current 380V voltage into a direct current 195V +/-15V voltage, then the voltage is output to a band-type brake through a control IGBT to supply power, a voltage detection circuit and a current detection circuit are additionally arranged in a whole output loop, and the voltage detection circuit and the current detection circuit are connected with the LLC resonant converter. In the working process, whether faults such as short circuit, open circuit, overload, overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, unstable output voltage, IGBT direct connection and the like exist in the band-type brake or not can be judged by monitoring the logic of the band-type brake and detecting output voltage and current through the MCU.

    本发明公开了一种施工升降机抱闸控制系统,属于智能控制技术领域,包括380V电源、LLC谐振变换器、抱闸控制电路、LLC控制电路和MCU控制电路,所述LLC谐振变换器包括EMC电路、前级整流滤波电路、LLC谐振电路、全桥整流滤波电路,本发明采用的主拓扑方案为LLC谐振变换器加双路IGBT控制加输出电压电流检测的方案,LLC将交流380V的电压转换成直流195V±15V的电压,然后该电压经过控制IGBT输出给抱闸供电,整个输出回路中增加了电压检测,电流检测电路,在工作过程中可以通过MCU对抱闸逻辑的监测,对输出电压,电流的检测来判断抱闸是否存在短路,开路,过载,过流,过压,欠压,输出电压不稳定,IGBT直通等故障。
