The invention relates to a grating monitoring method for a quantitative train loading station. The method comprises the following steps: setting parameters; acquiring grating data; grating data filtering; analyzing data; train speed calculation; calculating the length and displacement of the train carriage; collecting calculation results; carrying out train motion animation processing; outputting data; and log recording. According to the method, two key points, namely the vehicle position and the displacement speed, related to accurate control of the chute are grasped, accurate coordinates of the carriage length and the front and rear end positions of the carriage are determined by setting confidence, interference of dust, foreign matter and the like is eliminated, meanwhile, a parallel computing scheme of multiple speeds is adopted, the speeds calculated in multiple different ways are selected and judged, and accurate control over the chute is achieved. Therefore, the problem that the quality of automatic loading is affected by misjudgment caused by speed calculation errors is overcome, and the probability of accidents such as equipment collision is reduced to the minimum.

    本发明涉及一种火车定量装车站光栅监控的方法,包括:参数设置;光栅数据采集;光栅数据滤波;数据分析;火车速度计算;火车车厢长度和位移计算;收集计算结果;火车运动动画处理;数据输出;日志记录。本发明抓住车辆位置和位移速度两个与溜槽精确控制相关的关键点,通过设置置信度确定车厢长度、车厢前后端位置的精确坐标,排除了粉尘、异物等干扰,同时采取多种速度的并行计算方案,对多个不同途径计算的速度进行挑选和判别,以求获得最准确的速度数据,从而克服由于速度计算错误而造成的误判,影响自动装车的质量,将设备撞击等事故出现的概率降到最低。
