The invention discloses a pneumatic flexible control device and method for a ship shafting. The pneumatic flexible control device for the shafting comprises a bearing seat, a bearing cover is arranged on the bearing seat; a cover plate is arranged on the bearing cover; a spring piece I is arranged between the bearing cover and the cover plate; a left airbag and a right airbag are arranged on the left and right sides of the bearing seat and the bearing cover; an air chamber is arranged below the bearing seat; a fifth plunger part is arranged at the connecting position of the air chamber and the bearing seat. The left air bag, the right air bag and the air chamber are connected to a high-pressure common-rail air pipe. One side of the air chamber is connected with an electromagnetic valve I and an electromagnetic valve II; and the electromagnetic valve I and the electromagnetic valve II are connected with the controller. The shaft system of the mechanism is pneumatically controlled, so that collision and knocking caused by mechanical control are avoided; the left and right closed air bags form restoring force under pressure difference, so that flexible adjustment is realized; the application of the technical method not only can reduce the fault occurrence rate of the ship shafting and the ship main diesel engine and improve the reliability of ship operation, but also can improve the efficiency of ship operation and improve the economy of operation.

    本发明公开一种船舶轴系气动柔性控制装置及其方法,轴系气动控制装置包括轴承座;轴承座上设置轴承盖;轴承盖上设置盖板;轴承盖与盖板之间设有弹簧件一;轴承座与轴承盖左右两侧设置左气囊与右气囊;轴承座下部设置气室;气室与轴承座连接位置处设置有柱塞件五;左气囊、右气囊及气室连接于高压共轨气管;气室一侧连接有电磁阀一以及电磁阀二;电磁阀一以及电磁阀二与控制器连接。本机构轴系采用气动控制,规避了机械控制所导致的碰撞和敲击;左右封闭气囊在压差下形成回复力,进而实现柔性调节;该技术方法的应用,不仅可以降低船舶轴系及船舶主柴油机的故障发生率,提升船舶营运的可靠性,还可以提升船舶营运的效率、提升营运的经济性。
