The invention relates to the field of railway vehicle vibration reduction component manufacturing, and particularly discloses a method for preventing a two-section type outer sleeve in a rotating arm joint from being separated and the rotating arm joint. The clamping force of the buckle structure is used for balancing the axial component force f which is generated by the counter-acting force for extruding the rubber and enables the two-petal type outer sleeve to tend to be separated towards the axial outer side, so that the two-petal type outer sleeve is prevented from being separated. The rotating arm node comprises a core shaft, a rubber body and an outer sleeve, the rubber body is vulcanized between the core shaft and the outer sleeve, the outer sleeve is of a two-section type butt-assembling structure comprising a first outer sleeve body and a second outer sleeve body, the butt-assembling faces of the first outer sleeve body and the second outer sleeve body are provided with buckle assemblies matched with each other, and each buckle assembly comprises a clamping groove and a clamping block. The first outer sleeve and the second outer sleeve are clamped by clamping the clamping blocks in the clamping grooves.
