Provided is a grommet capable of suppressing a seal portion from rolling up even if the seal portion is brought into contact with an instrument panel by applying a pressing force from an inclined direction. A grommet (G) according to the present invention is provided with a thick section (4) on the outside of a second flexible section (22). Thus, in the pressing force (F) acting from the cylindrical base part (1) side to the sealing part (3) side, a panel parallel component (F1) parallel to the instrument panel (DP) is difficult to transmit, and a panel vertical component (F2) vertical to the instrument panel (DP) is easy to transmit. As a result, the panel vertical component (F2) is relatively large, and even if the sealing part (3) abuts against the instrument panel (DP) due to the pressing force (F) acting in the inclined direction, the sealing part (3) can be prevented from being turned over.
