The adsorption walking device comprises an inner frame and an outer frame which are matched in a nested mode, a gap is formed between the inner frame and the outer frame, an inner adsorption unit is arranged on the bottom face of the inner frame, an outer adsorption unit is arranged on the bottom face of the outer frame, and the top face of the inner frame is connected with a workbench through an X-axis moving mechanism. The top face of the outer frame is connected with the workbench through the Y-axis moving mechanism, the X-axis moving mechanism is used for driving the workbench, the outer frame and the inner frame to alternately move in the X-axis direction when the inner adsorption unit and the outer adsorption unit alternately work, and the Y-axis moving mechanism is used for driving the workbench, the outer frame and the inner frame to alternately move in the X-axis direction when the inner adsorption unit and the outer adsorption unit alternately work. And the working table, the inner frame and the outer frame are driven to alternately move in the Y-axis direction, and therefore free movement of the aerial work robot on the fan blade is achieved. The whole device is simple and convenient in structure, quick in response and convenient to popularize and apply.

    本发明公开了一种用于风机叶片高空作业机器人的吸附行走装置,包括嵌套配合的内框和外框,两者之间有间隙,在所述内框的底面设置有内吸附单元,所述外框的底面设置有外吸附单元,所述内框的顶面通过X轴移动机构与工作台相连,所述外框的顶面通过Y轴移动机构与工作台相连,所述X轴移动机构用于在内吸附单元、外吸附单元交替工作时,带动工作台连同外框、内框交替沿X轴方向移动,所述Y轴移动机构用于在内吸附单元、外吸附单元交替工作时,带动工作台连同内框、外框交替沿Y轴方向移动,从而实现高空作业机器人在风机叶片上的自由运动。本发明的整个装置结构简便,反应迅速,便于推广应用。
