And the power supply polarity of the semiconductor chip is exchanged by adjusting the switch, so that the switching of the refrigerating/heating function can be realized. A switch wire harness in charge of control is relatively independent and can be adjusted according to different use requirements and different whole vehicle arrangement environments, and a positioning piece can be arranged on the wire harness to be matched with an auxiliary instrument panel or other whole vehicle installation environments.     本发明属于车载冰箱领域,具体涉及一种半导体式车载冰箱,利用帕尔贴效应为工作原理,在半导体芯片一侧布置到冷块和铝制冰箱内胆,将半导体芯片产生的冷量/热量与冰箱内空间进行热交换,并设置保温层防止冰箱内部热量/冷量流失;在另一侧布置散热片和散热风扇,将半导体芯片和外界空气进行热交换,进而使半导体芯片持续工作。调节开关进而调换半导体芯片的电源极性,就可以实现制冷/制热功能的切换。控制负责的开关线束相对独立,可根据不同使用需求以及整车布置环境的不同进行调整并且线束上可布置定位件以匹配副仪表板或者其他整车安装环境。本发明半导体式车载冰箱有轻量化、噪音低、可冷热切换、更便于在整车环境进行布置和使用等优点。
