The invention discloses a rail trolley position dynamic self-adaption method and system. The method comprises the steps that carriage information of a train and the axle number and axle distance information of each carriage are obtained; acquiring information that a trolley passes through an axle of the train; calculating the actual running distance of the trolley in combination with train compartment information, the number of axles of each compartment, wheelbase information and the information that the trolley passes through the wheels of the train; and reading the trolley running distance recorded by the encoder of the trolley, comparing the trolley running distance with the actual running distance of the trolley, and eliminating the error on the encoder. According to the rail trolley position dynamic self-adaption method with the steps and the system with the structure, the train to be detected can serve as a reference object to be used for eliminating the accumulated error of the encoder of the trolley, and the detection accuracy is guaranteed. According to the method, fixed-point detection is not needed, the train can be parked at will, operation is easier and more convenient, and no extra limiting condition exists.

    本发明公开了一种轨道小车位置动态自适应方法及系统,该方法包括:获取列车的车厢信息以及每节车厢的车轴数量、轴距信息;获取小车经过所述列车的车轴的信息;结合列车车厢信息、每个车厢的车轴数量、轴距信息以及小车经过所述列车的车轮的信息,计算出小车实际运行的距离;读取小车自身编码器记录的小车运行距离与小车实际运行的距离进行比较并消除编码器上的误差。具有上述步骤的轨道小车位置动态自适应方法及具有上述结构的系统,能够以待检列车为参照物用于消除小车自身编码器的累计误差,保证了检测的精确性。本方法无需定点检测,列车也可以随意停放,操作起来更加的简便,无额外的限制条件。
