The invention discloses a cooling control method of an electric automobile, which comprises the following steps: electrifying the electric automobile, detecting a CAN communication state between a motor controller and a vehicle control unit, acquiring the temperature of a cooling liquid, and controlling a water pump by the motor controller if the CAN communication state is a lost state or the temperature of the cooling liquid is greater than a preset temperature value. The invention further discloses a cooling control system of the electric vehicle, the cooling control system comprises a motor controller, a vehicle control unit, a CAN communication module and a temperature obtaining module, the CAN communication module is used for communication transmission between the vehicle control unit and the motor controller, and the temperature obtaining module is used for obtaining the temperature of the cooling liquid. When the CAN communication state is in the lost state or the temperature of the cooling liquid is larger than the preset temperature value, the motor controller controls the water pump, the water pump can be controlled and subjected to heat management in the states that communication is lost and the temperature of the cooling liquid exceeds the limit, the motor controller directly controls the water pump, the response speed is increased, and the control effect on the water pump is improved.

    本申请公开了一种电动汽车的冷却控制方法,冷却控制方法包括电动汽车上电,检测电机控制器与整车控制器之间的CAN通讯状态,并获取冷却液温度,若CAN通讯状态为丢失状态,或冷却液温度大于预设温度值,则电机控制器控制水泵。本申请还公开了一种电动汽车的冷却控制系统,冷却控制系统包括电机控制器、整车控制器、CAN通讯模块和温度获取模块,CAN通讯模块用于整车控制器与电机控制器之间通讯传输,温度获取模块用于获取冷却液温度。当CAN通讯状态处于丢失状态,或冷却液温度大于预设温度值,电机控制器控制水泵,在通讯丢失、冷却液温度超限的状态下能够控制水泵,对水泵进行热管理,电机控制器直接控制水泵,提高响应速度,提高对水泵的控制效果。
