The invention belongs to the technical field of vehicle engineering, and particularly relates to a method for estimating the vertical force of a heavy-duty tire based on circumferential strain analysis. The method comprises the steps of 1, establishing a heavy-duty tire finite element model; step 2, simulating static load working conditions under different vertical forces by using the finite element model of the heavy-duty tire established in the step 1, analyzing static load grounding characteristics of the heavy-duty tire and static load circumferential strain of the heavy-duty tire, and estimating a grounding angle based on circumferential strain of a lining layer; and 3, on the basis of the step 2, establishing a heavy-duty tire vertical force estimation model, extracting vertical force-grounding angle simulation data under different static loads to perform training test on the heavy-duty tire vertical force estimation model, and further predicting the vertical force. According to the method, the influence of model errors and method errors caused by complex tire formulas is reduced, the estimation process is simpler, more convenient and more efficient, and the estimation result is more accurate and credible.

    本发明属于车辆工程技术领域,具体地涉及一种基于周向应变分析的重载轮胎垂向力的估计方法。步骤1:建立重载轮胎有限元模型;步骤2:利用步骤1建立的重载轮胎有限元模型对不同垂向力下的静载工况进行仿真,对重载轮胎静载接地特性和重载轮胎静载周向应变进行分析,并基于内衬层周向应变对接地角进行估计;步骤3:在步骤2的基础上,建立重载轮胎垂向力估计模型,提取不同静载荷下垂向力‑接地角仿真数据对重载轮胎垂向力估计模型进行训练测试,进而对垂向力预测。本发明降低了复杂的轮胎公式引起的模型误差和方法误差的影响,估测过程更为简便高效,估测结果更为精准可信。
