The invention discloses a solid hydrogen storage and stress skeleton integrated device applied to a traffic vehicle. The solid hydrogen storage and stress skeleton integrated device comprises a special-shaped integrated metal hydride hydrogen storage reactor and an external structure frame of the whole device, the whole device external structure frame comprises a stress framework outer plate, a stress framework inner plate and a side panel; the stress framework outer plate is provided with a side panel, the top of the side panel is provided with a stress framework inner plate, the stress framework outer plate, the side panel and the stress framework inner plate form a cavity, and the special-shaped integrated metal hydride hydrogen storage reactor is arranged in the cavity. The device can carry more hydrogen, the cruising ability of an automobile is improved, meanwhile, the device is combined with a traffic carrier stress framework to be designed into a special-shaped integrated metal hydride hydrogen storage reactor consistent with the traffic carrier stress framework in structure, solid hydrogen storage and the stress framework are integrated, the hydrogen is evenly distributed in the carrier framework, the space utilization rate is increased, and meanwhile the service life of the vehicle is prolonged. The weight of the carrier is reasonably distributed, the gravity center of the carrier is stabilized, and driving safety is improved.

    本发明公开一种应用于交通载具的固态储氢与受力骨架一体化装置,包括异形集成式金属氢化物储氢反应器和整体装置外部结构框架;整体装置外部结构框架包括受力骨架外板,受力骨架内板以及侧面板;受力骨架外板上设置侧面板,侧面板顶部设置受力骨架内板,受力骨架外板、侧面板与受力骨架内板形成腔体,异形集成式金属氢化物储氢反应器设置在腔体内。本发明可携带更多氢气,提高了汽车的续航能力,同时该装置与交通载具受力骨架结合设计为与其结构一致的异形集成式金属氢化物储氢反应器,实现固态储氢与受力骨架一体化,且均匀布于载具骨架内部,提高空间利用率的同时,合理分配载具重量,稳定载具重心,增加行驶安全性。
