The invention relates to a pure electric vehicle safety control method and system. The method comprises the steps that fault states of four electronic mechanical brakes and four driving motors corresponding to four tires of a vehicle are collected; and different emergency control modes are adopted for control according to different fault states of the four electronic mechanical brakes and the four driving motors. In the control process, the electronic mechanical brake provides braking force by controlling a brake pad to be attached. The driving motor provides braking force through negative torque; the steering motor provides auxiliary braking force through longitudinal friction force obtained by controlling the two front wheels to rotate by the same angle in the opposite directions at the same time. The steering motor provides auxiliary braking force through longitudinal friction force obtained by controlling the two rear wheels to rotate by the maximum angle in the opposite directions at the same time. The steering motor is used for controlling wheel rotation to serve as an auxiliary emergency braking function, active safety control over the vehicle is achieved through different control methods in combination with various fault conditions, various emergency braking measures are taken, and the system is safer and more reliable.

    本发明涉及一种纯电动车辆安全控制方法及系统,该方法中包括:采集车辆四个轮胎对应的四个电子机械制动器和四个驱动电机的故障状态;根据四个电子机械制动器和四个驱动电机的故障状态的不同采用不同的应急控制模式进行控制。在控制中,电子机械制动器通过控制刹车片贴合提供制动力;驱动电机通过负扭矩提供制动力;转向电机通过控制两前轮同时向相反方向旋转相同角度得到的纵向摩擦力提供辅助制动力;转向电机通过控制两后轮同时向相反方向旋转最大角度得到的纵向摩擦力提供辅助制动力。本发明利用转向电机控制车轮旋转作为辅助应急制动功能,结合各种故障情况,通过不同控制方法实现车辆主动安全控制,具备多种应急制动措施,更加安全可靠。
