The invention provides a layout method and system for installing a communication device on an existing detector of an expressway, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining the speed information of a microwave detector of the expressway and the speed information of a CAV vehicle, and carrying out the preprocessing of the obtained data; the preprocessed data serve as input, fusion location information serves as output, and a fusion function is established through a long-short term memory neural network; training and testing the information; establishing an optimization model of an existing detector additionally provided with a communication device; the model is solved based on a genetic algorithm, an optimal layout mode is obtained, maximum utilization of existing resources is guaranteed, the function of vehicle communication is achieved by deciding which microwave detectors in an existing road are additionally provided with communication devices, a traditional detector is converted into an intelligent roadside facility, more information on the road is obtained, and the traffic safety is improved. And the estimation precision of the time average speed of the road is optimal. According to the method, a reasonable and effective layout optimization scheme can be obtained, and universality and feasibility are high.

    本发明提供一种高速公路已有检测器加装通信装置的布设方法及系统,获取高速公路的微波检测器速度信息以及CAV车辆速度信息,并对获取的数据进行预处理;以预处理之后的数据作为输入,融合地点信息作为输出,利用长短时记忆神经网络建立融合函数;对信息进行训练及测试;建立现有检测器加装通信装置的优化模型;基于遗传算法求解模型,得到最优布设方式,保证现有资源的最大化利用,还通过决策在现有道路中哪些微波检测器中加装通信装置,实现车辆的通信的功能,实现从传统检测器转变为智能路侧设施,以获得道路上更多的信息,并且使得对道路的时间平均速度估计精度最优。本发明能够得到合理有效的布设优化方案,并且普适性和可行性较强。
