    The invention discloses a simulation-based crane monitoring method and system. The method comprises the following steps of performing three-dimensional model modeling on a crane; acquiring working data of the crane in real time; and simulating the working state of the crane by combining the three-dimensional model and the working data of the crane. According to the invention, three-dimensional modeling is carried out on the crane, the real-time working data of the crane is obtained, the working state of the crane is monitored and simulated, the operation safety of the crane is monitored, and the on-site personal safety and equipment safety are ensured.
