The invention discloses a control system and method for an electric pedal with anti-collision, anti-pinch and icebreaking functions. The technical problem that the icebreaking function cannot be achieved through an existing control method based on current in an identification circuit is solved. The technical problem that an ice breaking function cannot be achieved through an existing control method based on recognition of a radar sensor arranged on a side pedal is solved. The technical problem that according to an existing control method based on current in an identification circuit, under the condition that an executing mechanism for opening and closing the electric pedal is frozen by water or mud, an anti-collision and anti-pinch function is prone to being triggered by mistake, and the electric pedal cannot be normally opened or closed is solved. The technical problem that an existing control method based on radar sensor signals cannot normally and stably operate under the condition that a pedal is abraded or covered with mud is solved.
