The invention provides a vehicle and a fault early warning method and device for an electrically-driven cooling system of the vehicle, and belongs to the field of new energy automobiles. The method comprises the steps that in the working process of the electric drive cooling system, the drive motor temperature, the drive motor rotating speed and the drive motor torque are obtained in real time; when the rotating speed of the driving motor is larger than n1 and the torque of the driving motor is larger than N1, the temperature of the driving motor is judged multiple times at a set time interval within a set time period, and the number B1 of times when the temperature of the driving motor is larger than T1 within the set time period and the total number A1 of times of judgment within the set time period are counted; when B1 is larger than B10, the high-temperature ratio P1 of the driving motor is calculated according to the formula P1 = B1/A1; when P1 is larger than P10, it is judged that a cooling fan and a cooling water tank in the electric drive cooling system are abnormal, and early warning is conducted. Abnormity of the cooling fan and the cooling water tank in the electrically-driven cooling system can be accurately identified, and fault early warning of the electrically-driven cooling system is realized.

    本发明提供了一种车辆及其电驱动冷却系统的故障预警方法和装置,属于新能源汽车领域。该方法包括:在电驱动冷却系统工作过程中,实时获取驱动电机温度、驱动电机转速和驱动电机转矩;当驱动电机转速>n1且驱动电机转矩>N1时,在设定时间段内以设定的时间间隔对驱动电机温度的大小进行多次判断,并统计该设定时间段内驱动电机温度>T1的次数B1和该设定时间段内的判断总次数A1;当B1>B10时,计算驱动电机高温比率P1=B1/A1;当P1>P10时,判定电驱动冷却系统中的冷却风扇及冷却水箱异常,并预警。本发明能够精准识别电驱动冷却系统中的冷却风扇及冷却水箱异常,实现电驱动冷却系统故障预警。
