The gravity anchor is put into the sea through an offshore crane, the resistance of water to the gravity anchor is reduced through water through holes in the bottom plate, the fixed carrier plate and the counterweight mechanism, the gravity anchor is sunk into sludge on the seabed, and therefore the transportation and placement convenience of the gravity anchor is improved, and the influence of ocean current on the gravity anchoring force is reduced; comprising an anchor body and a counterweight mechanism.
