On the basis of the sea condition predicted in the course, an actual wave moment (Mw (r)) generated by the sea condition to the vessel (S) in the course is estimated, and a plan of stowage is made on the basis of the predicted value of the actual wave moment (Mw (r)). The difference between the predicted value of the actual wave moment (Mw (r)) and the design wave moment (Mw (d)) is calculated as a stowage margin ([delta] M), and whether or not to change stowage is determined on the basis of the stowage margin ([delta] M).

    基于在航线中预测的海况,估算在航线中由海况对船舶(S)产生的实际波浪力矩(Mw(r)),基于实际波浪力矩(Mw(r))的预测值进行配载的计划。计算实际波浪力矩(Mw(r))的预测值和设计波浪力矩(Mw(d))的差作为配载裕度(ΔM),基于配载裕度(ΔM)判定是否进行配载的变更。
