The invention relates to a thermal management system and a hybrid electric vehicle. The heat management system comprises a first heat exchanger and a first driving mechanism, a liquid inlet of the first heat exchanger communicates with a liquid outlet of the motor, and a liquid outlet of the first heat exchanger communicates with a liquid inlet of the motor. The first driving mechanism is arranged on a fluid path through which the heat exchange medium flows into or out of the motor so as to drive the heat exchange medium to flow through the motor and exchange heat with the motor. Wherein the first heat exchanger is arranged on an air inlet path at the front end of the hybrid electric vehicle, so that a heat exchange medium flowing through the first heat exchanger is cooled by means of head-on air. The motor in the thermal management system adopts an independent circulation loop, so that the structure is simplified, and the arrangement space of the whole vehicle is expanded. The first heat exchanger is arranged on the air inlet path at the front end of the hybrid electric vehicle, a good heat dissipation effect can be achieved on the first heat exchanger through head-on air, a fan does not need to be independently arranged for the first heat exchanger, the structure can be further simplified, and meanwhile cost is reduced.

    本申请涉及一种热管理系统及混合动力汽车。热管理系统包括第一换热器和第一驱动机构,第一换热器的进液口与电机的出液口连通,第一换热器的出液口与电机的进液口连通。第一驱动机构设置于换热介质流入或流出电机的流体路径上,以驱动换热介质能够流经电机并与电机进行热交换。其中,第一换热器设置于混合动力汽车前端的进风路径上,以借助迎面风使流经第一换热器的换热介质降温。上述热管理系统中电机采用独立的循环回路,有助于简化结构,扩大整车布置空间。通过将第一换热器设置于混合动力汽车前端的进风路径上,利用迎面风即可对第一换热器起到良好的散热效果,无需为第一换热器单独布置风扇,有助于进一步地简化结构,同时降低成本。
