The invention discloses a hoisting device for 220 kilovolt transformer substation engineering and a using method. The hoisting device comprises a bottom plate, a vertical pipe is welded to the top of the bottom plate, a reinforcing mechanism is installed on the surface of the vertical pipe, a lifting mechanism is arranged at the top of the vertical pipe in a penetrating mode, a vertical rod is fixedly connected to the top of the lifting mechanism, and a cross beam is movably connected to the top of the vertical rod. The hoisting device has the advantages of being capable of clamping and fixing objects, good in object stability and high in safety in the hoisting process, high in self-stability and high in hoisting flexibility, and solves the problems that an existing hoisting device for transformer substation engineering is single in function, the objects are hung in the air in the hoisting process, the objects cannot be clamped and fixed, and the hoisting efficiency is high. The problems that in the article transferring process, shaking is prone to being caused, stability is poor, certain potential safety hazards exist, a lifting device is not provided with a reinforcing structure, the stability is poor, meanwhile, the lifting height and angle are difficult to adjust, flexibility is poor, and people cannot use the lifting device conveniently are solved.

    本发明公开了一种220千伏变电站工程用吊装装置及使用方法,包括底板,所述底板的顶部焊接有竖管,所述竖管的表面安装有加固机构,所述竖管的顶部贯穿设置有升降机构,升降机构的顶部固定连接有竖杆,竖杆的顶部活动连接有横梁。本发明具备对物品进行夹持固定,吊装过程中物品稳定性好,安全性高,吊装装置自身稳定性高,吊装灵活性高的优点,解决了现有的变电站工程用吊装装置功能单一,在吊装过程中物品悬挂在半空中,不能够对物进行夹持固定,转移物品过程中容易造成其晃动,稳定性差,存在一定的安全隐患,自身没有加固结构,使得吊装装置自身稳定性差,同时吊装高度角度难以调节,灵活性差,不便于人们使用的问题。
