The invention relates to the technical field of propellers, in particular to a high-efficiency shaftless rim propeller which comprises a guide pipe, a front flow guide cover, a rear flow guide cover, a propeller and a rotating ring. An oil seal, a bearing and a motor module are arranged in the guide pipe, and the motor module is connected with the bearing; the front flow guide cover is located at the front end of the catheter, and the rear flow guide cover is located at the rear end of the catheter. The rotating ring is arranged in the guide pipe and is connected with the motor module; the propeller is arranged in the rotating ring; wherein the inner diameter and the outer diameter of the guide pipe are matched with the geometric dimensions of the motor module, the front flow guide cover and the rear flow guide cover, the structure is simple, the design is reasonable, the proportion of the geometric dimensions of the guide pipe to the geometric dimensions of the motor module and the geometric dimensions of the front flow guide cover and the rear flow guide cover is restrained, the efficient guide pipe is formed, and the service life of the guide pipe is prolonged. And through the arrangement of the guide pipe structure, the overall propelling efficiency of the shaftless rim propeller is effectively improved.

    本发明涉及推进器技术领域,具体涉及一种高效率无轴轮缘推进器,包括导管、前导流盖、后导流盖、螺旋桨和旋转环;所述导管内设有油封、轴承和电机模块,所述电机模块与所述轴承连接;所述前导流盖位于所述导管的前端,所述后导流盖位于所述导管的后端;所述旋转环设置于所述导管内,并与所述电机模块连接;所述螺旋桨设置于所述旋转环内;其中,所述导管的内外径尺寸匹配所述电机模块、所述前导流盖和所述后导流盖几何尺寸设置,本发明结构简单,设计合理,通过将导管的几何尺寸与电机模块、以及前、后导流盖的几何尺寸比例进行约束,形成一种高效率的导管,进而通过导管结构设置,有效提高无轴轮缘推进器整体的推进效率。
