When the truck drives into the detection area, the detection wheel drives the wheel set to rotate, when the rated speed is reached, the truck is operated to brake, the wheel set stops rotating, the auxiliary detection wheel also stops rotating, at the moment, a signal is transmitted to equipment, and the equipment calculates the time consumed by stopping to obtain the braking force, so that the accuracy rate is increased, automatic detection is achieved, and the detection efficiency is improved. And meanwhile, automatic detection can be temporarily formed in the transportation process in a full-load cargo detection mode, and the detection difficulty of the braking device is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种铁路货车制动装置及其使用方法,包括主机模块,轮辋、轮缘、主轨区、副轨区和检测区,其中轮辋和轮缘为火车轮的组成结构,所述主轨区包含有主轨道,轮缘和主轨道为滑动设置。本发明通过设计货车制动检测装置,实现对每对轮对制动力精确测量。货车驶入检测区域,检测轮带动轮对转动,达到额定速率时,操作车辆制动,轮对停止转动的同时,辅助检测轮也停止转动,此时,信号传给设备,设备计算停下所消耗的时间得出制动力大小,以实现准确率上升,自动化检测以及检测效率增加,同时能够处于满载货物的检测方式能够实现在运输的中途即可临时形成自动化检测,降低针对制动装置的检测难度。
