An operation vehicle applied to automatic driving marking of various roads comprises a driving vehicle and a marking machine arranged on the driving vehicle, the driving vehicle is provided with an automatic driving controller, and the automatic driving controller comprises a road surface sensing module, a driving real-time judgment module, a road surface abnormal condition processing module and an offset correction driving module; the road surface sensing module is used for measuring vehicle body and road surface information, and the running real-time judgment module is connected with the road surface sensing module, receives the road surface information collected by the road surface sensing module and positions a reference on one side of a road as a target response; the road surface abnormal condition processing module is in communication connection with the driving real-time judgment module, and performs data deviation analysis according to a deviation value set by road surface abnormal condition detection to obtain a result; the deviation correction driving module performs compensation correction according to a deviation analysis result to execute an automatic driving route; and the ruling machine identifies the front road condition according to the vehicle body and road surface information measured by the road surface sensing module so as to select the corresponding road surface ruling module to instruct the ruling end to perform the ruling action on the road surface.
