The invention provides a battery replacement device and method.The battery replacement device comprises a posture correction system, a dismantling detection system, a primary dust removal system and a second dust removal system, the primary dust removal system is used for removing dust from a vehicle body of a new energy vehicle, and the posture correction system is used for adjusting the parking position of the new energy vehicle; the secondary dust removal system is used for removing dust of connectors of the battery modules, and the removal detection system is used for transferring and detecting the battery modules. By adopting the structure, the battery replacement work of the new energy automobile can be rapidly completed, the posture of the new energy automobile can be corrected, the new energy automobile can be conveniently and rapidly parked in, dust near the battery module of the new energy automobile can be removed, and the situation that the battery module is stained with dust when being taken out is avoided; dust in the air can be removed, dust on a battery module connector can be further removed, whether the battery module is damaged or not is detected, and safe and rapid battery replacement can be achieved.

    本发明提供一种电池换电装置及方法,所述电池换电装置包括姿态修正系统、拆除检测系统、一次除尘系统及第二除尘系统,所述一次除尘系统用于对新能源车的车身除尘,所述姿态修正系统用于调整新能源车的停驻位置,所述二次除尘系统用于对电池模块的接插件除尘,所述拆除检测系统用于转移并检测电池模块。通过采用上述结构,可以快速完成新能源汽车的换电工作,可修正新能源汽车的姿态,方便快速停入新能源汽车,可去除新能源汽车电池模块附近的灰尘,避免将电池模块取出时,沾上灰尘,可将空气中的灰尘去除并进一步除去电池模块接插件上的灰尘,并检测电池模块是否损坏,可以实现安全快速换电。
