The noise reduction device comprises a heat dissipation cylinder, a connecting cylinder arranged on the outer side of the heat dissipation cylinder, a first cavity located between the heat dissipation cylinder and the connecting cylinder, a plurality of supporting plates arranged in the first cavity, a shell arranged on the outer side of the connecting cylinder, an end cover arranged on the outer side of the shell, a third cavity arranged in the middle of the shell and a heat dissipation component arranged in the first cavity. The plurality of heat conduction components are arranged in the third cavity; and the air guide component is used for improving the heat dissipation effect of the motor. Through the arrangement of the body, the fixing plate, the motor and the noise reduction device, noise generated by operation of the motor on the crane can be subjected to multiple absorption, the motor can be subjected to multiple heat dissipation, and the problems that existing single-beam hoisting equipment can generate large noise during working, if noise reduction is conducted on the motor, the heat dissipation performance of the motor is reduced, and the noise is reduced are solved.
