The invention relates to an automatic high-altitude pressure adjusting system for an aircraft ground air source unit, and solves the technical problems that when an existing aircraft ground air source unit is used in airports at different altitudes, the air supply pressure needs to be adjusted through manual operation, the operation is tedious and inaccurate, and the high-temperature burnout risk of a compressor is increased. The system comprises a diesel engine, a compressor, an air filter, an air path system and a control cabinet, an air outlet of the air filter is connected with an air inlet of the compressor, the air path system is connected with an electric control valve, an operation panel and a controller are arranged on the control cabinet, and a display screen is arranged on the operation panel; the control cabinet is connected with an atmospheric pressure sensor, and the atmospheric pressure sensor is configured to collect the local atmospheric pressure P0 and send the local atmospheric pressure P0 to the controller; an exhaust port of the compressor is connected with an exhaust pressure sensor, and the exhaust pressure sensor is configured to collect exhaust pressure. The system can be widely applied to high-altitude airports.

    本发明涉及一种飞机地面气源机组高海拔压力自动调节系统,其解决了现有飞机地面气源机组在不同海拔的机场使用时,需经过人工手动操作调节供气压力,繁琐且调节不准确,增加压缩机高温烧毁风险的技术问题,其包括柴油机、压缩机、空气滤清器、气路系统和控制柜,空气滤清器的出气口与压缩机的进气口连接,气路系统连接有电动调节阀,所述控制柜上设有操作面板和控制器,操作面板上设有显示屏;控制柜上连接有大气压力传感器,大气压力传感器被配置为采集当地的大气压力P0并发送给控制器;压缩机的排气口连接有排气压力传感器,排气压力传感器被配置为采集排气压力。其可广泛应用于高海拔机场。
