The invention discloses a round foil type heat flow sensor for aerospace aircraft testing experiments and a design method thereof, and relates to the technical field of aircraft testing, the round foil type heat flow sensor comprises a copper water-cooled tube and a plurality of heat flow induction joints embedded in the surface of the copper water-cooled tube, the copper water-cooled tube comprises an inner tube and an outer tube which are relatively rotatably connected, the heat flow induction connector comprises a shell, a copper heat sink arranged in the shell in a sleeved mode and a constantan round foil located on the top of the copper heat sink. The design method comprises the following steps: S1, establishing an electromotive force formula; s2, establishing a heat conduction differential equation; s3, establishing a heat flux density formula in a steady state; s4, simplifying a heat flux density formula; s5, determining the outer diameter of the copper water cooling pipe and the radius of the constantan copper round foil; and S6, response time is determined. According to the round foil type heat flow sensor, rapid cooling is achieved, the accuracy of heat flow density measurement is guaranteed, and meanwhile, a plurality of heat sources at different angles are often needed in an aerospace aircraft test experiment.
本发明公开了空天飞机测试实验用圆箔式热流传感器及其设计方法,涉及飞机测试技术领域,圆箔式热流传感器包括铜水冷管、嵌设在铜水冷管表面的若干个热流感应接头,铜水冷管包括相对转动连接的内管和外管,热流感应接头包括外壳、套设在外壳内部的铜热沉,位于铜热沉顶部的康铜圆箔。设计方法包括以下步骤:S1、电动势公式建立;S2、导热微分方程建立;S3、稳态下的热流密度公式建立;S4、热流密度公式简化;S5、铜水冷管外径及康铜圆箔半径确定;S6、响应时间确定。本发明的圆箔式热流传感器实现了快速降温,保证了热流密度测量的准确性,同时在空天飞机测试实验中经常需要多个不同角度的热源。
