The invention provides a cooling capacity distribution method for a battery cooler and an air conditioner evaporator and a related device.The method comprises the steps that the ratio of the opening degree of an electronic expansion valve of the air conditioner evaporator to the opening degree of a battery expansion valve of the battery cooler is determined to be equal to the ratio of the cooling capacity needed for cooling a passenger compartment to the cooling capacity needed for cooling a power battery; the sum of the opening degrees of the two electronic expansion valves is 100%, and the opening degrees of the two electronic expansion valves are calculated. Due to the fact that the ratio of the opening degrees of the two electronic expansion valves is the same as the ratio of the corresponding cooling capacity, more cooling capacity is distributed for the part with the large refrigeration requirement, and less cooling capacity is distributed for the part with the small refrigeration requirement. The comfort of the passenger compartment is met, and the service life of the battery is guaranteed.

    本发明提供了一种电池冷却器和空调蒸发器的冷量分配方法及相关装置,方法包括确定空调蒸发器的电子膨胀阀开度与电池冷却器的电池膨胀阀开度的比值,等于乘客舱降温需要的冷量与动力电池冷却需要的冷量的比值,并结合两个电子膨胀阀开度的和为100%,计算得到两个电子膨胀阀各自的开度。由于两个电子膨胀阀开度的比值,与相应的冷量的比值相同,进而使得制冷需求大一方,多分配冷量,制冷需求小的一方,少分配冷量;既满足乘客舱舒适性,又保证电池寿命。
