An input gear is arranged on the input shaft and is coaxial with a gear shaft of the driving bevel gear; the two intermediate gears are meshed with the input gear; connecting gears are coaxially arranged on the two middle gear shafts; the output gear is arranged on a gear shaft of the driving bevel gear and is meshed with the two connecting gears; the first sliding gear sleeve can lock or unlock the intermediate gear and the intermediate gear shaft; and the second sliding gear sleeve can lock or unlock the input shaft and the gear shaft of the driving bevel gear. Three transmission modes of speed reduction, no speed reduction and neutral position are achieved, the requirement for a small speed ratio when the whole vehicle is at a high speed and the requirement for a large speed ratio when the whole vehicle is at a heavy load are met, energy consumption is reduced, and the device is suitable for an electric drive axle. A double-intermediate-shaft structure is adopted, the torque of the intermediate gear is reduced, the weight of a transmission system is reduced, and reliability is high.
