The invention belongs to the field of offshore wind power development, and particularly relates to a horizontal-axis multi-fan floating platform with stabilization gyroscopes. Comprising three horizontal axis wind turbines, a reduction gearbox, a support connected with the three horizontal axis wind turbines, a main tower, a buoy, a stabilization gyroscope, an anchor chain and a platform support, wherein the buoy is connected with the support of the main tower; the three horizontal axis wind turbines comprise a wind turbine 1, a wind turbine 2 and a wind turbine 3; the wind turbine 1 is connected with the top of a main tower through a support connected with the three fans, the wind turbine 2 is connected to the lower left portion of the wind turbine 1 through a support connected with the three fans, the wind turbine 3 is located on the lower right portion of the wind turbine 1, and the wind turbine 3 and the wind turbine 2 are arranged in a mirror image mode. The three wind turbines are each provided with a reduction gearbox. The main tower is connected with a support of the main tower through the buoy and is connected with the platform, and the platform support is connected below the buoy. The wind power generation foundation has better stability, and the stability and the power generation efficiency of the foundation can be guaranteed for variable wind wave directions.
