The invention discloses an electric filler cap control mechanism which is characterized in that a connector is arranged in a filler cap body, a cover plate body is arranged outside the filler cap body, a mounting hole is formed in the edge of the cover plate body, a pin shaft is fixed in the mounting hole, and the pin shaft penetrates through the edge of the filler cap body and is fixedly connected with an output shaft of a driving motor; the automatic opening and closing control system and mechanism are suitable for various vehicle covering caps including an oil filler cap of a traditional fuel vehicle and a charging covering cap of a BEV and a PHEV, and full automation of unlocking, opening, closing and locking of the oil filler cap under remote control of a key or control of an in-vehicle switch can be achieved; and the opening and closing states of the opening cover can be monitored through sensors integrated at the positioning pin and the locking pin.

    本发明揭示了一种电动加油口盖控制机构,加油口盖本体内设有连接口,所述加油口盖本体外设有盖板本体,所述盖板本体的边缘设有安装孔,所述安装孔内固定有销轴,所述销轴穿过加油口盖本体的边缘并与驱动电机的输出轴固接,所述驱动电机的控制端连接车身控制器,本发明适用于各种车辆口盖包括传统燃油车的加油口盖,BEV和PHEV的充电口盖的自动开闭控制系统及机构,可实现钥匙遥控或车内开关控制加油口盖解锁、开启、关闭与闭锁的完全自动化,且可以通过集成在定位销和锁止销处的传感器监测口盖的开闭状态。
