According to the invention, intelligent and precise setting of the berths in the road is realized, the berths in the road are dynamically monitored, unnecessary berths are canceled and removed in time, efficient utilization of the berths in the road is realized, the problem of unbalanced supply and demand of the berths in the road can be effectively relieved, the road traffic operation efficiency is improved, and the traffic safety is improved.     本发明公开了一种路内停车泊位设置及使用监测的方法与系统,该方法包括:获取道路信息及道路在调查时间内的调查指标信息;基于道路信息和调查指标信息得到实际泊位需求数量和已设泊位数量;基于调查时间内的调查指标信息、实际泊位需求数量和已设泊位数量得到调查时间内的需求指数;基于需求指数确定道路是否需要设置泊位,在设置泊位后基于预设的监测模型对泊位进行监测,判断泊位是否继续使用。通过实施本发明,实现了道路内泊位的智能化与精准化设置,通过对道路内泊位进行动态监测,将不必要的泊位及时取消撤除,实现了道路泊位的高效利用,能够有效缓解道路泊位供需失衡问题,提高道路交通运行效率,提升道路交通安全水平。
