The invention discloses a 3D visual monitoring method and device for an intelligent battery swap station, and relates to the technical field of three-dimensional monitoring. The method comprises the following steps: making a three-dimensional model on SketchUp by an intelligent battery swap station project drawing; corresponding electrical equipment is added into the assembly; setting a corresponding display icon for each electrical device, and according to the connection relationship between the electrical devices; establishing a battery swap station 3D monitoring display platform for the three-dimensional model, and displaying each component and internal electrical equipment; a sensor in the intelligent battery swap station collects state information and sends the state information of the electrical equipment to the battery swap station 3D monitoring display platform. According to the invention, by establishing the electrical swap station 3D monitoring display platform, performing three-dimensional model display on the platform and displaying the electrical equipment in each component, monitoring the working state of the electrical equipment in real time and displaying the fault data, the supervision strength of the intelligent electrical swap station and the working efficiency of workers are improved.

    本发明公开了一种智能换电站的3D可视化监控方法与装置,涉及三维监控技术领域。本发明包括如下步骤:智能换电站项目图纸在SketchUp上进行三维模型制作;给组件内添加相应的电气设备;分别针对各个电气设备设置相应的展示图标,并根据各个电气设备之间的连接关系;针对三维模型建立换电站3D监控展示平台,并对各个组件和内部的电气设备进行展示;智能换电站内传感器采集状态信息,并将电气设备的状态信息发送至换电站3D监控展示平台。本发明通过建立换电站3D监控展示平台,在平台进行三维模型展示以及各个组件内电气设备进行展示,并实时监测电气设备工作状态,对故障数据进行展示,提高智能换电站的监管力度和工作人员的工作效率。
