The embodiment of the invention relates to a novel aircraft carrier mechanical catapult structure. The catapult structure comprises a deck track section, a conveying section, a power input section and a power section. The deck track section is formed by matching a specific gear set with a rack (sliding shuttle), and accelerated ejection work of an airplane is completed. The gear set has two schemes: one scheme is different tooth numbers and the same tooth width; and 2, the teeth have the same number and different widths. The power has two schemes: one scheme is centralized power, and a high-power variable-speed motor of the centralized power can respectively transmit power to two to four deck track sections; and the other power is distributed power, the power of hundreds of dispersed motors can be concentrated and twisted into a rope to act on a rack (sliding shuttle) in the whole process while the power is transmitted, and the power can also be transmitted to other rails respectively, so that the aircraft takes off in a full-oil and full-elastic manner, and the sliding rack (sliding shuttle) can be made very light and handy.

    本发明实施例涉及一种新型航母机械弹射器结构,该弹射器结构包括甲板轨道段、传送段、动力输入段、动力段。甲板轨道段是由特定的齿轮组与齿条(滑梭)相配合,完成对飞机加速弹射工作。齿轮组有两种方案:一为不同齿数同齿宽度;二为同齿数不同齿宽度。动力也有两种方案:一为集中式动力,它的大功率变速电机,可对二至四条甲板轨道段分别传送动力;二为分布式动力,它可以在传送动力的同时,把几百个分散的电机功率集中起来,拧成一股绳,全过程地对齿条(滑梭)做功,也可分别对别的轨道传送动力,使飞机满油满弹地起飞,滑动的齿条(滑梭)可以做得很轻巧。
