本发明公开了一种用于预应力钢束试验的智能千斤顶装置,包括张拉千斤顶、PLC控制器和液压油系统,本发明将智能张拉顶装置安装在主动端的预应力钢筋束上,将压力传感器安装在被动端的预应力钢筋束上,通过PLC控制器控制张拉千斤顶的张拉力、读取张拉千斤顶的张拉行程以及压力传感器的压力大小,分级张拉智能算法根据各级张拉数据,利用最小二乘法对钢束摩阻系数和偏差系数拟合,并对张拉伸长量及张拉力进行算法预测及动态修正,最终应用到双端实际张拉修正。本发明无需人工控制张力大小,无需单独进行摩阻实验,设定好参数后,即可自动进行分级张拉,并进行钢束摩阻系数和偏差系数求解预测,用于最终张拉。
