The invention provides a ship variable frequency pump cooling system and a control method thereof, and the system comprises a cooling pipeline which is provided with a water diversion port and a water outlet; the heat exchange equipment is arranged on the cooling pipeline; the variable frequency pump and the flow meter are both arranged in the cooling pipeline and used for adjusting and detecting the actual flow of the cooling water; and the control subsystem is electrically connected with the variable frequency pump and the flow meter. According to the ship variable frequency pump cooling system, the variable frequency pump is arranged in the cooling pipeline to control the actual flow of the cooling water, the actual navigational speed of the ship and the flow requirement of the cooling water are obtained through the control subsystem, the actual navigational speed is matched with the preset data set, and the navigational speed working condition closest to the actual navigational speed is determined; based on the navigational speed working condition, on the premise that it is guaranteed that the circulating flow meets the flow requirement, the rotating speed set corresponding to the variable frequency pump is determined, the rotating speed of the variable frequency pump is controlled, and therefore the variable frequency pump can meet the overall cooling requirement of ship heat source equipment and can operate at low power to give consideration to the energy-saving target.

    本发明提供一种船舶变频泵冷却系统及其控制方法,包括:冷却管道,设有引水口和出水口;热交换设备,设置在冷却管道上;变频泵和流量计,均设置在冷却管道中,用于调整和检测冷却水的实际流量;控制子系统,与变频泵和流量计电性连接。本发明提供的船舶变频泵冷却系统,通过在冷却管道中设置变频泵控制冷却水的实际流量,利用控制子系统获取船舶的实际航速和冷却水的流量需求,将实际航速与预设数据集合进行匹配,确定最接近实际航速的航速工况;基于航速工况,在保证循环流量达到流量需求的前提下,确定变频泵所对应的转速集合,控制变频泵的转速,使得变频泵既能满足船舶热源设备的总体冷却需求,又能以较低的功率运行以兼顾节能目标。
