The invention relates to the technical field of angle steel galvanization, and discloses an angle steel galvanization lifting appliance and an angle steel galvanization technology.The angle steel galvanization lifting appliance comprises an outer frame and an air pump, the outer frame is in a hollow rectangular block shape, a cross-shaped stabilizing frame is fixedly installed on the inner side wall of the outer frame, and a plurality of fixing blocks are arranged in the outer frame; every two adjacent fixing blocks are fixedly installed on the inner side wall of the outer frame and the wall face of the corresponding position of the stabilizing frame respectively, a plurality of L-shaped fixing holes are formed in the wall faces, close to each other, of every two adjacent fixing blocks at equal intervals, and guiding blocks are fixedly installed at the inner corners of the fixing holes. According to the device, the angle steel moves along the side wall of the guide block through pushing of the limiting plate, the angle steel rotates due to the fact that the side wall of the guide block is in an arc shape, the bottom end of the angle steel tilts upwards, the top end of the angle steel is pushed by the limiting plate, the bottom end of the angle steel is attached to the inner side wall of the fixing hole, and the position of the angle steel is clamped; and the stability of the angle steel is improved.

    本发明涉及角钢镀锌技术领域,且公开了一种角钢镀锌吊具及角钢的镀锌工艺,包括外框和气泵,所述外框呈中空矩形块状,外框的内侧壁固定安装有呈“十”字形的稳定架,外框的内部设置有多个固定块,相邻近的两个固定块分别固定安装在外框的内侧壁和稳定架上对应位置壁面上,相邻近的两个固定块上相趋近的一侧壁面均等距开设有多个呈“L”字形的固定孔,固定孔的内部拐角处均固定安装有引导块。本发明中,通过限位板的推动,使角钢沿着引导块的侧壁进行移动,因为引导块的侧壁呈弧形状,所以角钢会因此旋转,使角钢的底端向上翘起,且限位板推动角钢的顶端,使角钢的底端与固定孔的内侧壁贴合,将角钢的位置卡死,提高角钢的稳定性的效果。
